Mrs Røine has broad experience across the healthcare sector as investor, executive manager and director in private and public companies. Through her career Mrs. Røine has focused on the development of venture and growth companies through business and corporate development. She joined Serendipity in 2017.

Prior to joining, Mrs. Røine worked as CFO in Pronova BioPharma, Bionor Pharma and Colosseum Dental. Through her operational roles, directorships and investor she has experience from pharma, biotech, service providers, medtech and e-health. Synne has been on the deal team of over 30 completed investments in addition to experience from IPOs and public capital funding.
