Dr. Ringman Uggla is a Partner with Serendipity Partners heading up the Stockholm office. He has extensive healthcare experience having lived and worked across both Europe and the US. His areas of expertise include healthtech, SaaS, leadership development, commercialization and growth strategies.

Prior to joining Serendipity, Dr. Ringman Uggla was an entrepreneur and dep. CEO & CRO of Platform24, one of Northern Europe’s leading SaaS suppliers of Virtual Care Platforms. Before that he built the digital care provider Doktor24 into a market-leading player.

Dr. Ringman Uggla previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Karolinska University Hospital, ranked as a top-10 Academic Medical Centre globally. Before that, Dr. Ringman Uggla was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group based out of the US as well as the Nordics where he worked with a broad variety of healthcare clients. He has held several Board and Advisory roles with multiple European healthcare companies and is often engaged as a speaker, panelist and jury member on all things healthtech.

Dr. Ringman Uggla earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) as well as Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden.
